Function

  • Assist to timely execute all E360 Tanzania Accounts activities in a proper manner while continuously improving on the quality of our objectives.
  • Manage all administrative related tasks and duties

Responsiblities

  • Preparing financial reports and presenting them to management
  • Assisting in preparation of budget / plan
  • Managing records and receipts
  • Reconciling daily, monthly and yearly transactions
  • Preparing balance sheets
  • Processing invoices
  • Developing an in-depth knowledge of organisational products and process
  • Resolve financial disputes raised by the customer service and sales teams
  • Being a key point of contact for other departments on financial and accounting matters
  • Supervising Administrative works and implementing key admin processes
  • File all relevant taxes and deductions (PAYE, VAT, NSSF,)
  • In charge of audit

Qualification

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting, Business Administration (Accounts)
  • CPA as an added advantage
  • 7 to 10 years experience
  • Knowledge of ERP system

Function

  • Plan and promote Quality, Health, Safety and Environment compliance of all E360 activities including remote activities in the project sites
  • Promote and be a champion of the E360 Quality Mantra – Do it Right the first time and all the time
  • Ensure compliance with the Tanzania OSH Act and other legal obligations
  • Support the establishment of an Integrated Management System (IMS) for operational efficiency

Responsibilities

  • Controlling and supervising quality whilst preventing occupational risk.
  • Identifying QHSE-related training needs and conducting/coordinating training for staff.
  • Conducting Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, Safety Audits and preparing QHSE reports for Management.
  • Promote employee participation through incident reporting, inspections etc
  • Ensuring that the organization’s quality management system complies with regulatory and statutory requirements.
  • Enforcing quality policies, procedures, and systems, as well as supporting the development of quality assurance programs.
  • Ensuring the quality of health and safety in the workplace (project sites and office), including ensuring that all workers are provided with a safe and healthy work environment, and that any violations are dealt with swiftly and appropriately.
  • Monitoring the performance of personnel to ensure that their work conforms to established quality, health and safety standards.
  • Ensures that public training and client training meets or exceeds the expectations
  • Ensures that training resources are adequate and available for all training activities
  • Provide ad hoc and regular (monthly, quarterly, annually) reports to the Manager
  • Manage the implementation of the Integrated Management System – system set up and preparation for ISO audit.
  • Ensure IMS system is functional – compliance with system and all documentation
  • Other duties as may be assigned.

Qualification

  • Skills in planning and execution of Training programmes.
  • Proven skills in project and resources management.
  • A good understanding of Safety and Oil & Gas industry training programmes.
  • Ability to communicate and interact with personnel at all levels of organizations.
  • University degree and 4 – 7 years of experience in similar position.
